Stress and fatigue are our everyday enemies. A lot of sleepless nights, a lot of work, a diet poor in vitamins, all of these lead to a lot of problems. And one day you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and you notice a lot of wrinkles on your face. Your first wrinkles at a younger age are a sign that you have to take more care of your skin.

The skin around your eyes is the most sensitive skin and it needs more attention because it it’s more predisposed to wrinkles than other skin areas of your body. But don’t exaggerate; after all, nothing can stop wrinkles from appearing. It’s a natural thing and a part of our life. The aging process manifests differently from person to person depending on their diet, lifestyle and, of course, genes. When our skin loses elasticity it gets drier and through this process wrinkles appear. The only thing we can do is to use all we have to make them less visible and attenuate their unaesthetic effect.

Don’t become an anti aging cream wrinkle treatment dependent! I many cases, extreme usage of anti aging creams intensifies the wrinkles on your face and we don’t need that. Another important thing for your skin is the way you eat: vegetables, fruits, light foods won’t make you less wrinkled but they will make your skin brighter and slow the aging process. Salads, soups and vegetables have to take part of your daily meals.

Natural products always have amazing effects (they really helped our grandmas have great skin) so don’t waste time and make this following hydrating beauty mask: honey + lemon + yogurt. Apply it on your face, wait 10 minutes and wash it. You will feel your skin healthier.

Smoking is a big enemy for our skin. People who smoke have a dry and predisposed to wrinkles face. Premature aging has a strong connection with nicotine. Even if you don’t smoke you will still suffer from nicotine’s negative effects. Just exposing your skin to smoke will make it dry and pale.

Specialists say that a long exposure to sun usually increases our chances to age prematurely so be careful! If you go outside use a sunscreen lotion even if you go out for a short time. Long exposure to sun not only make us age faster but it also increases our chances to develop skin cancer.

Don’t get upset easily! Be calm if you want to keep your skin young. Studies show that people who are more impulsive have more wrinkles. Also make sure that you sleep at least 8 hours a day because sleeping and skin health have a strong connection: we all heard of beauty sleep. My advice is to sleep in the afternoon at least one hour.

Strict diets also have a negative influence on your skin so don’t make them so strict. Try to include fish in your meals because it contains omega fats which help the skin become more elastic and healthy.

There is no secret to get rid of your wrinkles, the only thing you can do is to keep your skin clean, hydrated and let nature take its course.
